Refund Policy

1. Automatic Refunds
The following situations will be automatically refunded in full:
- Recognition Failure: Captcha recognition failure, system auto-refunds
- Recognition Error: Incorrect recognition result, immediate refund upon user report
- Service Exception: Task failures due to platform issues
⚡ Automatic refunds are typically completed within 1 minute, credited directly to account balance.
2. Manual Refund Requests
Eligible conditions:
2.1 Deposit Refund
All of the following must be met:
- Within 7 days of deposit
- Actual usage does not exceed 10% of deposit
- No record of violations
Refund Amount = Deposit Amount - Used Amount - Handling Fee (5%)
2.2 Service Quality Issues
- Recognition accuracy consistently below promised standard
- Abnormal service response time
- Frequent service interruptions
We will provide compensation or refund based on actual circumstances.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Packages used for more than 30 minutes after purchase
- Normal usage balance (non-quality issues)
- Deposits over 7 days old with usage exceeding 10%
- Accounts banned for violations
- Fraudulent transactions or false complaints
- Issues due to user error (e.g., incorrect API calls)
4. Refund Process
Step 1: Submit Request
Log in, go to "Settings" → "Help Center" → "Apply for Refund"
Step 2: Review
We will review your request within 3 business days
Step 3: Refund
- Account balance refund: Immediate
- Original payment method: 3-7 business days
5. Special Notes
5.1 Package Bonuses: Bonus amounts from deposit packages are non-refundable.
5.2 Referral Rewards: Balance earned through referrals is non-refundable.
5.3 Promotional Deposits: Deposits during promotions are handled according to promotional terms.
